At TUMO Berlin, a creative learning and education center for teenagers aged 12 to 18, I was responsible for managing the social media accounts. My work included the creation of new content graphics, writing engaging copy, and planning targeted advertising campaigns via Meta Business Suite.
In cooperation with the client we developed a content strategy that captured the innovative and youthful spirit of the center while tailoring posts to resonate with both students and parents.

As part of the education center project, I contributed to the design and implementation of both the physical spaces and the information systems.
The ‘FRIDGE PAPER' was developed for TUMO students and their parents to keep track of progress.
It also serves as a quick reference guide for parents, answering frequently asked questions.
I focused on creating a welcoming and functional environment where students could easily navigate the center and feel inspired. This involved designing orientation and wayfinding elements, as well as developing visual communication tools. The outcome was a space that reflects TUMO’s values of creativity, accessibility, and innovation, encouraging both independent exploration and collaborative learning.
In addition to my design and communication work, I managed the production of employee photo shoots. This included concept development, organizing the logistics, and coordinating communication between staff and the photographer. Beyond the shoots themselves, I also implemented the photos within the education center’s spaces, ensuring that portraits of the coaches were visible to the students. This design decision allowed the teenagers to become more familiar with the faces and names of their mentors, strengthening trust and community inside the learning environment.
